Resolution Journey is a mediation practice specialising in Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution for families undergoing separation and Divorce.  At Resolution Journey we understand that this is a very emotional time for families and our team are here to give you the tools to navigate this difficult time.  We believe in an empathetic approach to dispute resolution and guide parents to be child focused and future focused so that they can be the best co-parents for their children. We also provide mediation services for Grandparents, extended family members.

Janine has a passion for mediation and has a background in Family Law.  Janine has a Bachelor of Law and Master of Law with particular interest in Family Law.  She also holds a Diploma of Legal Practice, Graduate Certificate of Domestic Violence Responses from Queensland University of Technology and Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution from the College of Law and is Accredited with the Attorney General. Janine has been admitted as a Lawyer since 2012. Janine is a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Resolution Journey is dedicated to helping families achieve successful outcomes and provides comprehensive support services to our parents.   

We offer referrals to support families along their journey with us and are always approachable if you have any questions or concerns about the process.

Our values of empathy, kindness and support is essential in supporting all our families throughout the mediation process.  We acknowledge that all families are unique and so we tailor our mediations specifically to meet each of our family’s needs.

Why come to mediation?

Resolution Journey allows families to discuss parenting issues in a safe and supported environment that is confidential.  Family mediation helps families make decisions that are in the best interests of their own families without the expensive court costs associated with going to court. 

It is also much quicker than having to go through the court system with most mediations occurring in the first 2 weeks of contact with Resolution Journey mediations.
