FAMILY DISPUTE MEDIATION

Our fees are very competitive and shared between our parents. Please see the fee schedule below: Please note that all fees are split equally between the parties unless otherwise advised by the parties in writing. Each parent will be invoiced separately!

INITIAL CONSULTATION - FREE

Intake Session - $200 / hr*

Full Day Mediation (Parenting) - $1,650 per parent

Payment Method / Cancellation Policy

Please note that payment of intake and/or mediation fees is either via the 'book online' tab or direct deposit.

Half of the full fees are due upon booking the mediation date with the remaining half due to be paid into Resolution Journey’s nominated account and cleared 7 full business days prior to the mediation commencing. Intake fees are due within 3 business days prior to the intake session commencing.

If the mediation goes over the time nominated, extra fees will apply. In this event the mediator will gain oral consent to continue if in the mediation session and an invoice for the remainder will be issued to each of the parties. Payment for the extra fees must be made within 7 days of the mediation completion.

Cancellation fees of up to and including the full amount payable may apply if the parties do not give 7 days’ notice or do not show up to appointments, intake or mediation on the day. Notice of this fee will be at the discretion of the mediator and discussed with the parties if this occurs.

Note: As a comparison going to court can take a average of 35 months to finalise and cost upward of $6,000 to $12,000 per day.
