Full Day Family Mediation (5 hours)

What's covered:

Drafting of the agreement, such as a Parenting Plan or Financial Agreement.-

Issuing of a Section 60I Certificate in accordance with the Family Law Act 1975 on the day of mediation, if needed.

1. Individuals dealing with multiple disputes and needing more time to explore complex issues and require a drafted Parenting Plan or a Financial Agreement; or
2. Individuals requiring sufficient time to address all disputes and aiming to finalize their agreements in a single day.

Half Day Family Mediation (3 hours)

What's covered:

Drafting of the simple agreement, such as a straight forward Parenting Plan or Financial Agreement.

Issuing of a Section 60I Certificate in accordance with the Family Law Act 1975 on the day of mediation, if needed.

This package caters to:
1. Individuals with a limited number of disputes.
2. Those needing one agreement drafted, like a Parenting Plan or a Financial Agreement.
3. Individuals returning to Family Dispute Resolution/Mediation to update a previously established Parenting Plan.
4. Those in agreement on the terms of a Parenting Plan or Financial Agreement but requiring professional assistance in drafting their agreement.

Co-Mediations

Co-Mediations are available for financial and parent disputes. Co-Mediations are mediations with two qualified FDRP's and is an excellent way to mediate complex and lengthy disputes. ​
