Janine Baldwin

Janine is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) who has worked in Family Law. As well as being Admitted as a Solicitor in 2012, Janine holds a Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Law and Nursing, Graduate Diploma of Domestic Violence and Legal Practice. She is also a trained Child Inclusive Mediator in Australia and New Zealand.
Janine also continues to support the community through Volunteering as a Solicitor and Mediator.
Janine started Resolution Journey to assist parents to be effective Co-parents after separation and genuinely cares about each family engaging in the Mediation Process.

Lorene Wise

Child Inclusive Mediator
Lorene is a child-focused advocate dedicated to connecting families and children. With over fifteen years of experience as a corporate equal employment officer for a multinational company, Lorene specializes in mediation and dispute resolution. She works with parties on their concerns confidentially and impartially, aiming for successful resolutions and guiding them toward mutually acceptable solutions.
As a prior youth worker for three years, Lorene is experienced in fostering and ensuring children's health and wellbeing needs are met, collaborating with parents through the reunification process, and exercising child-inclusion practices.
After five years working in the community with families, youth, and children, she is experienced at connecting with families on a deeper level, offering a holistic, safe space and support for them to build meaningful relationships.
Working within the community, alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to further understand and address societal challenges and ensure equitable access to social services.

Steven Street
AMDRAS Nationally Accredited Mediator
Steven is a skilled mediator with expertise in conflict resolution, specializing in fostering open communication and mutual understanding. He is adept at facilitating negotiations that guide parties to collaborative solutions.
Committed to impartiality and empathy, he brings clarity and calm to challenging situations, ensuring fair and lasting agreements.
Steven is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and trainee Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP). In addition to training as a FDRP, Steven is a law student with an interest in practicing family law. Prior to undertaking studies in law and alternative dispute resolution, Steven was an academic post-doctoral and senior research fellow. His research focused on maternal and neonatal psychological and physical
health and child development.
