• How to prepare for Property Mediation information sheet.

• Referrals and research for support documents/services for the mediation.

• Pre-Mediation Conflict Coaching Sessions of 30 mins.

• Drafting of the Property Agreement

• Issue of Dispute Resolution Certificate

• All correspondence via email or phone.

Co-Mediations

Co-Mediations are available for financial and parent disputes.  Co-Mediations are mediations with two qualified FDRP's and  is an excellent way to mediate complex and lengthy disputes.
