“Janine was absolutely wonderful, unfortunately mediation did not happen due to my ex partner not attending. Even though this was the case Janine tirelessly worked between both parties trying to effect a resolution. She was available throughout the process and even at weekends, offering independent advice. I would have dearly liked for the process to have had a positive outcome, but even so I was given follow up calls to see if we could try again. Could not have asked or wanted for more. Thank you for all your help!
